1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on MarhalaExpress, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

MarhalaExpress is a platform connecting carriers, shippers, drivers, and passengers for freight and rideshare operations on Morocco–Europe routes. We are not a transport company and do not assume responsibility for the transport operations themselves.

3. Registration Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Only one account per person is permitted.

4. User Obligations

By using MarhalaExpress, you agree to:

  • Post accurate and honest listings.
  • Honour commitments made in a confirmed booking.
  • Not post unlawful, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Not use the platform for fraud or scams.
  • For drivers: hold a valid driving licence, current insurance, and complete the verification process.

5. Listings and Bookings

MarhalaExpress facilitates connections but is not party to the transport or rideshare contract concluded between users. The exact terms (price, schedules, loading conditions) are freely negotiated between the parties.

Once an offer is accepted and a booking is created, both parties are committed to fulfilling their respective obligations.

6. Prohibited Goods

It is strictly forbidden to post listings for transporting:

  • Narcotics or illegal substances.
  • Weapons, ammunition, or explosive materials.
  • Human beings (trafficking).
  • Any other item whose transport is prohibited under Moroccan, French, or European law.

7. Driver Verification

Drivers must submit the required documents (driving licence, ID card, insurance) to post rideshare trips. MarhalaExpress reserves the right to refuse or revoke verification without obligation to provide justification.

8. Disputes Between Users

In the event of a dispute, users may use the built-in reporting system. MarhalaExpress may attempt mediation but is not obliged to resolve commercial disputes between users. Each user remains responsible for their own actions.

9. Suspension and Termination

MarhalaExpress reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, without notice or refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

MarhalaExpress shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform, listings posted by users, or transport operations carried out between users.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (logo, design, text, code) are the exclusive property of MarhalaExpress. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of Casablanca, Morocco.

13. Modifications

MarhalaExpress reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email 30 days before any significant change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
